• Practice has 4 physicians, 2 APRN, and dedicated support staff
• Diabetes educator and dietitian are available
• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Office to be relocated to a brand new state‑of‑the‑art medical building
