Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high‑quality emergency care to pediatric patients in a high‑volume setting.
• Collaborate with subspecialty teams, including PICU, CVICU, NICU, and hospitalists, to manage complex cases.
• Work alongside a strong support team, including child life specialists and pediatric social workers.
• Engage in bedside teaching and supervision of Pediatric, Emergency Medicine, and Family Practice residents.
• Participate in training and didactic sessions for Pediatric ER fellows.
• Benefit from full scribe coverage to optimize patient care and documentation.
• Work fair, balanced shifts with potential for overtime if desired.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Fellowship trained in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Nevada Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Clean malpractice and medical license history is highly preferred.
• Must reside in the local area or be willing to relocate.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine (REQUIRED).
• Must hold a Nevada Medical License or be eligible to obtain one (REQUIRED).
• Documented clean malpractice and medical license history (HIGHLY PREFERRED).
