Job Details

• Schedule: 0.2 FTE (1–2 days per month), first week of every other month, 2 days/week, predictable recurring days.
• Locations: Chandler, AZ 85224 (Phoenix) & Tucson, AZ 85716.
• Rotation: Wednesday‑Thursday second week of each month.

Job Requirements

• ABA‑certified or ABA‑eligible anesthesiologist.
• Active AZ medical license (or willingness to obtain/reactivate).
• Experience in office‑based or ASC settings preferred.
• Reliable transportation and comfort traveling to client offices.
• Professional, compassionate, and communicative demeanor.
