As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will build trusted relationships with channel partners, uncover their business needs, and translate them into powerful solutions that maximize customer success. You will act as an owner, move with velocity through change, and consistently deliver extraordinary outcomes for Google and its customers.
US base salary range: $168,000–$249,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation details reflect base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales.
- Experience with conversion measurement products, marketing attribution, and key ecosystem players.
- Experience managing multiple internal and external projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Developed and executed joint GTM and co‑marketing efforts with partners.
- Built strategy plans and engaged with key partners.
- Expertise in ad measurement, data analysis, and the data‑strength landscape.
- Trained and enabled third‑party (3P) partners on product features and integrations.
- Proven influence and collaboration with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing).
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships and operational performance of a dedicated set of channel partners.
- Collaborate with Tech Platform partners on joint go-to-market plans, co‑marketing campaigns, and product integration enhancements.
- Utilize central tools and datasets to map customers to appropriate partners efficiently.
- Provide partners with the necessary information and support to activate customers on Google’s data solutions.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for partners, managing execution and troubleshooting process issues.
