About the role

We are casting local scare actors in Worcester, Massachusetts to terrify guests who enter the haunted attraction. This non-union role is available during the Halloween season.

Responsibilities

• Perform scary character roles to create an immersive haunt experience for guests.
• Follow performance schedules and call times (typically 4 pm‑midnight, with variation).
• Maintain a high level of energy, creativity, and expressiveness throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be local to Worcester, Massachusetts.
• Must be comfortable with full-time or shift work during the performance dates (October 23‑31).
• No housing or transportation provided.

Contract Details

• Rate: $16 per hour.
• Performance dates: October 23‑31.
• Hours: call time as early as 4 pm, typically ending between 10 pm and midnight; times may vary.
• Contract: non‑union.
