Job Summary: The Enterprise Sales Director will lead and manage our enterprise sales team, driving strategic sales initiatives to accelerate the adoption of our data security solutions. This leadership role is critical for achieving revenue targets, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring sustainable growth within key enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep insights into data privacy and security markets, and a proven track record in enterprise-level sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed enterprise sales targets.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high‑performing enterprise sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance assessments.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients, particularly within the legal, healthcare, and governmental sectors.
- Monitor and analyze enterprise market trends and competitor strategies, proactively identifying opportunities for market expansion.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and product advancements.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate sales forecasts and detailed performance reports, providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and uncover new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- 10 years of proven track record in enterprise sales, specifically in Data Privacy, Data Security, or Data Compliance products.
- Specialty in one of the following industries: Life Sciences, Biotech, Healthcare, Insurance, Government, Finance, or Legal Sector.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, particularly executive and C‑level.
- Proven experience driving end‑to‑end sales processes, from strategic planning through deal closure.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field.
Salary Range
$159,000 - $223,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
