Responsibilities
With Northwest, you’ll experience a fun work environment that supports your growth and goals. You will be a part of a team that serves communities and protects homes and families. You will:
- Build Relationships: Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle day-to-day operations with strong time management. This includes preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments, resolving customer issues, communicating regularly with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Apply products per label standards.
- Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.

- Training and Development: No exterminating experience required. Comprehensive training provided; after training you’ll lead your own customer accounts.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Physical Demands / Working Environment
- Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
