Responsibilities

With Northwest, you’ll experience a fun work environment that supports your growth and goals. You will be a part of a team that serves communities and protects homes and families. You will:

• Build Relationships: Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle day-to-day operations with strong time management. This includes preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments, resolving customer issues, communicating regularly with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Apply products per label standards.
• Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.

• Outdoor and Independent Work: You’ll be mobile, independent, and responsible for your own route, representing Northwest in your local community.
• Training and Development: No exterminating experience required. Comprehensive training provided; after training you’ll lead your own customer accounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
