Training pay $18/HR

Your responsibilities:

• Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Aim for customers for life by delivering excellent service every time.
• Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle day-to-day operations of your route with strong time management skills.
• Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset, especially when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.

• Preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments
• Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
• Apply appropriate products according to label standards

Qualifications

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
