RISE Events is the Carolina's leading event operator. We specialize in providing high quality basketball and volleyball events including tournaments, leagues, clinics, camps, and more. We are the proud host of the LaMelo Ball Invitational, the largest basketball tournament in North Carolina history.

RISE Events is seeking a Basketball Operations Manager to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This full‑time, on‑site role plays a key part in the planning and execution of basketball tournaments and leagues while helping drive participation and growth across all RISE Events.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on team player who’s passionate about sports, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, growing company. You’ll oversee event logistics and operations, manage staff and schedules, coordinate departments, and ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

In addition to operations, this role will help lead our sales and outreach efforts, including building and managing outbound calling programs, driving team registrations, securing partnerships, and supporting customer retention. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to create efficient systems, manage budgets, and deliver a top‑tier event experience.
