Description
Citizens Capital Markets is seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our Structured Products team. This individual will be responsible for distributing structured products across a diverse institutional client base, including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and insurance companies.
Primary responsibilities include
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients focused on structured products (ABS and CLOs).
- Collaborate with trading, syndicate, and banking teams to deliver tailored investment solutions.
- Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and deepen wallet share.
- Provide market intelligence and product updates to clients (investors and issuers) and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and supervisory requirements, including CJMP attestations.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- 10+ years of experience in structured products sales or related capital markets role.
- Strong understanding of fixed income markets and structured products.
- Deep market knowledge, including rating agency methodology, across a diverse array of asset classes.
- Proven track record of client development and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required (or ability to obtain promptly).
Preferred Attributes
- Existing client relationships across structured products.
- Experience with Bloomberg and CRM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies.
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40 +
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $300,000 to $400,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
