We are looking for a People Systems + Operation Lead to build and run the engine that powers all HR and recruiting operations. In this role, you will work across departments, with leadership and the current HR and Talent teams. You will own Rippling end‑to‑end, the system, the data and the process. Your goal: design automation so complete that you can manage the entire company’s people operation yourself.
Responsibilities
- Own Rippling across HR, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and device management.
- Design and run fully automated workflows for hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Keep all people data accurate, compliant, and real‑time across entities and functions.
- Partner with Finance and IT to align headcount, budgets, and access control.
- Build and maintain dashboards that show headcount, costs, and hiring velocity at a glance.
- Manage vendor integrations and enforce global compliance through Rippling’s ecosystem.
- Be the single point of accountability for HR operations, fixing issues and preventing recurrence.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years in People Operations or HR Systems at a fast‑scaling company.
- Deep hands‑on expertise in Rippling; you think in workflows and automations.
- Obsessed with efficiency — you hate manual work and design it out of existence.
- Analytical, precise, and comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.
- Operate with speed, discretion, and high standards.
- Thrive in a lean environment — you build leverage through systems, not headcount.
