Job Summary
The Installation Lead should be responsible for managing all aspects and functions of assigned HVAC installation projects to include direct oversight for planning, coordinating, and directing activities of the installation department; maintaining a workforce consistent with business activity; scheduling projects to ensure profitability, timely completion, and maximum customer satisfaction; communication of installation information to proper personnel to allow for effective planning and execution of project requirements.
Job Duties
- Direct oversight of installation and warehousing
- Oversees the building and completion of installation job packets
- Ensuring complete and accurate forms in job folders
- Accurate ordering of materials to complete each installation
- Supervision of installation crews
- Oversees the coordination of materials procurement
- Oversees the tracking of all unused materials and returning or reusing on another job as applicable
- Oversees the inventory of all truck and warehouse material and product stock
- Maintains safety and quality as a top priority
- Conducting regular job site and truck inspections
- Maintains departmental budget expectations to include job costing analysis of completed jobs
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have prior, successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry
- NATE certification preferred
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competency
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
- Clean driving record
Compensation
Employees are compensated on a piece-work basis. Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
