🚀 Groups and Operations Director

* Helps refine the ministry model and builds out the key experiences for the ministry to reach seekers, connect them to growing Christ followers, and mobilize them to change the world (all in a culturally current way and within Crossroads).* Build and grow a system for 1824 groups centrally & at sites for college students & young adults to experience community and growth.* Develops marketing strategy, products, and relationships to reach 18-24 year olds where they are online and in person.* Ensures the ministry has opportunities and systems/processes to move 18-24 year olds through the 7 proven practices.* Collaborates across ministries (ET, Leader Academy, Ministry Teams, The George, Sites, etc) to create opportunities for 18-24 year olds to be engaged in immersive experiences to meet Jesus and be grown spiritually.* Responsible for overseeing the budget so that all ministry and resources are stewarded efficiently and effectively.* Builds relationships with 18-24 year olds to care for, guide, and lead the people the ministry seeks to reach to become kingdom leaders.* Entrepreneurial and innovative.* A great team player.* Authentic.
