Responsibilities

With Northwest, you’ll experience a fun work environment that supports your growth and goals. You’ll be the face of Northwest in your local community, protecting homes, businesses, and families. You will:

• Build Relationships: Create lifelong connections with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, delivering excellent service every time.
• Manage Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle day-to-day operations of your route with strong time management. Include preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments, solve customer account issues, communicate regularly with customers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Apply products according to label standards.
• Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.

Qualifications

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations:

• Climb ladders up to 32 feet within weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
