Base pay range

$65,000.00/hr - $70,000.00/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of prior experience in warehouse supervision, with strong skills in Microsoft Office, driver management, facilities management, and driver routing. Licensed CDL‑A preferred with at least 3 years of CDL‑A Driving Experience. Candidate must have excellent organization and communication skills. Proficient computer skills required; ability to maximize productivity, ensure excellent customer service, quality and safety standards. Additionally this position will require a strong team mindset, leadership ability, interviewing and employee selection, and excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to lead and direct warehouse staff to meet organizational business goals. College degree is preferred or equivalent education plus experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily operations
• Manage and coordinate driver schedules and routes
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and resources
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock replenishment
• Implement and enforce safety procedures
• Proficient computer skills required
