Position Summary

The Director of Business Development is responsible for developing and executing REDI’s strategy for targeted business attraction and expansion. This role involves strengthening relationships with project multipliers, supporting engagement with site selectors, and managing daily strategic activities with a small team. Building relationships with local economic developers, state officials, site consultants, and company executives is essential. This high-profile position requires interaction with REDI investors, prospects, and community leaders both locally and globally.
