Contributions
- Be responsible and accountable for all operational delivery across the sector.
- Provide operational support, leadership, and guidance in the current and future operations of the sector.
- Lead a growing team of program, project, and technical leaders in delivering best‑in‑class IT services.
- Identify and hire the absolute best leadership for our client delivery teams.
- Support, train, and mentor program and project managers for success in their performance.
Qualifications
Required
- An entrepreneurial desire to build a business.
- An informed opinion on what leadership is (and is not).
- A leadership philosophy/methodology.
- Experience collaborating with sales, business development, recruiting, contracts, and finance to pursue new contracts/proposals.
- Experience collaborating with program managers, project managers, and clients to improve service delivery and create “client delight.”
- Experience training and mentoring project and program managers.
- Experience being responsible and accountable for the P&L of your area of responsibility.
- 10+ years of Program and/or Operations Director/VP experience leading federal IT services across multiple agencies/components.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance.
Preferred
- PMP, Scrum Master certification.
- Federal Clearance.
About Steampunk
Steampunk’s total compensation package includes a projected salary range of $140,000 to $200,000 for this position. This estimate represents a typical annual salary range. Additional benefits are part of our overall package.
