The Director of New Business Development will be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team of hunters focused on acquiring new business and expanding market share.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to secure new corporate accounts and grow revenue.
  • Coaching and developing team members to enhance their sales skills and presentation capabilities.
  • Driving excellence in client presentations and equipping the team with tools and techniques to succeed.
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to accelerate business development.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of account strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and providing accurate forecasts to support business objectives.

The Director of New Business Development should have the following qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate account management, sales, or business development.
  • Proven success in acquiring new business and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in CPG and B2B distribution strategies
  • Ability to travel up to 50%; East Coast location preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
