General Manager – Einstein Bros Bagels

Location: 9480 S Eastern Ave Bldg C, Las Vegas, Nevada 89123

Earn a competitive hourly rate of $15.78 to $27.62 per hour, with the potential annual salary range of $60,000 to $65,000.

Responsibilities

• Operate the store on a one‑shift model, opening early (4 a.m.) to manage the first bake and store opening.
• Ensure the store is audit‑ready, oversee catering, mobile, and in‑store orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Float in all positions during breakfast and lunch rushes, manage breaks, and achieve positive customer survey results.
• Close the store by 2 p.m., completing closing procedures, prep for the next day, and completing deposit tasks.
• Manage daily deposits to the bank well before dinner time.
• Perform P&L analysis and implement strategies for food cost and labor targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering internal talent growth.
• Lead with a “treat it like you own it” philosophy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Experience with P&L analysis and food cost control.
• Strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
