🚀 Senior Project Manager - Construction

General

• The primary focus is to lead multiple smaller projects or larger single projects with overall responsibility to achieve project goals.
• Responsible for the project team's overall performance from preconstruction through project completion.

Get Work

• Support the Client Executive in project pursuits.
• Play a key role in RFP responses and interviews.
• Generate client & A/E relationships.
• Assist in the review and negotiation of owner contracts with corporate reviewers.
• Play a key role in the preconstruction effort through to GMP.

Requirements

• The Sr. Project Manager has overall financial responsibility and operational success of multiple or singular large‑scale projects.
• Guides, expedites, and administers the work to organize and maintain the budget, safety and diversity standards while meeting the project schedule and quality requirements.
• Works with the Senior Superintendent and other team members to collectively manage schedule, quality, logistics, finance, and technical resolution with a common emphasis on safety.
• Maintains client and A/E relationships throughout the project cycle and beyond.
• Assists in resolution of major project issues beyond the capacity of the Project Manager/Superintendent.
• Develops, maintains, and is accountable for the Operations Report.

• Participates in employee annual performance reviews.
• Commits to teaching, guiding, and enhancing the skill set of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Field Engineers.
• Commits to self‑improvement through technical and leadership training.

Reports To

• Client Executive.
• Works collectively with Preconstruction Managers, Director of Estimating, and Director of Purchasing during preconstruction.
• Works collectively with Sr. Vice President of Operations, Sr. Vice President of Construction, Vice President of Preconstruction, and the project team to achieve company goals.
