Base pay range
$37.40/hr - $48.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Act as a product owner – assisting with the definition and communication of a clear product vision and strategy for the notifications platform that aligns with overall business goals and enhances user experience.
- Own the notifications experience, including roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, customer support, and other stakeholders to design and implement efficient, scalable, and personalized communications.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to test and iterate on message delivery timing, channels, and content to improve engagement metrics.
- Analyze and understand interdependencies, business risks, and risk mitigators that could impact or be impacted by the delivery of new products and services.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation for communication strategies and messaging effectiveness.
- Monitor performance metrics such as open rates, click‑through rates, and churn impact, and make data‑driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Business Operations Analysis experience: 3+ years; Telecommunications and/or experience with technology/software products: 3+ years.
- Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word; 0-2 years of experience.
- Experience with notification delivery systems (e.g., Pinpoint, Firebase, Skycreek, Twilio, etc.).
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data, project management skills.
- Strong communication, decision‑making, stakeholder partnership, and problem‑solving abilities.

Compensation Details
Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
