Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop the store team, including management and front‑line staff.
• Ensure consistent brand, product, and service knowledge across the team.
• Manage store operations, including budgeting, inventory, visual merchandising, and scheduling.
• Lead sales performance initiatives to exceed daily and weekly targets.
• Build and maintain a strong customer experience that reflects our brand values.
• Promote and practice diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and lead staff development programs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and anti‑harassment guidelines.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with regional strategy to drive KPIs and long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Excellent listening, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Customer‑service, supervisory, and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems.
• Preferred: cross‑cultural collaboration experience, DEIB training, and fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
• Preferred: experience with consultation‑based customer service and positive coaching of staff.
