As the Senior Director of Product – eCommerce, Shop, you’ll lead the vision, strategy and execution of the pre‑checkout shopping experience across app and web for both customer and employee commerce journeys. You’ll shape how millions of customers interact with our digital platforms, making their journey fast, seamless, and engaging. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership to deliver experiences that truly enrich lives through technology.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the product vision for pre‑checkout experiences across app and web
• Own platform capabilities like navigation, content modules, and AR/VR try‑ons
• Lead publishing and configuration systems to ensure safe, efficient updates
• Drive data strategy for event logging, analytics, and personalization
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Build and mentor high‑performing product teams that thrive on innovation

Basic Qualifications

• 8 years of Product Management experience, or experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, or related
• 5 years of experience with direct people and team management
• 5 years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer‑focused solutioning, cross‑functional leadership, or related
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale commerce experiences across app and web
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple product lines and complex cross‑functional programs
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with technical SEO, app platform capabilities, and experimentation platforms
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in commerce
• Skilled at influencing across a matrixed organization and aligning stakeholders
