Base Pay Range

$66,600.00/yr – $93,300.00/yr

Expectations and Responsibilities

• Drive sales and operations to support the Starbucks experience.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the quality standards of the brand.
• Leverage a deep understanding of retail operations, financial focus, and problem‑solving skills to grow a multi‑million dollar business.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, OR 4+ years of U.S. Military service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a sales‑focused background.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Minimum High School diploma or GED.

Requirements

• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be employed in the U.S.
• Availability to work full time (exceeding 40 hours per week) with variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
