Overview

Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital West is looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer to join our team.

Department: Administration • Location: Nashville, TN

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to align with the mission, vision and values of the organization.
• Formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth.
• Plan, direct and coordinate overall daily operations.
• Build relationships to establish partnerships and affiliations.
• Direct operational efficiency and improvement to meet financial targets and collaborate to establish control systems for accountability.
• Collaborate to plan and organize staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, and educating in support of operational objectives.

Qualifications

Education:

• Associate\'s degree / Bachelor\'s degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 4 of those years in leadership/management.
