About the role: This role is essential for providing operational leadership within an expanding software vertical, overseeing a single company with the potential to expand to the entire software vertical. As General Manager, you will be developing and executing the strategic plan across all key areas, including sales and demand generation, product, customer support, full P&L responsibilities, and stakeholder management.
The successful candidate will work from Solen's headquarters in Utah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies across all departments to achieve the company’s vision and business objectives.
- Sales and Demand Generation : Build and grow a robust sales pipeline, advancing customers through the sales funnel to drive revenue growth.
- Product Transformation : Lead the development and launch of new products, strengthening the company’s offerings and market position.
- Operational Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring organizational efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Financial Oversight : Manage budgets and finances for all departments, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to enhance collaboration and satisfaction.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a software or technology company.
- Demonstrated success in driving critical initiatives and leading cross‑functional teams.
- Extensive experience in sales and demand generation, with a track record of building and growing sales pipelines.
- Strong strategic, organizational, and process‑driven skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Availability to occasional business travel
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
