Role Overview

This position leads the development, installation, and optimization of network systems within our organization, ensuring seamless integration and functionality while fostering collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and maintenance of network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Oversee installation and integration of advanced technologies, including radiology systems and durable medical equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address technical challenges and streamline operations.
• Configure and maintain network enterprise environment consisting of FortiGate firewalls, Aruba Wi‑Fi, and Meraki access points.
• Develop and negotiate contracts related to technology procurement and vendor services.
• Provide guidance and support to technical staff, encouraging growth and development.
• Monitor system functionality and initiate improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions for business needs.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation to support technology‑driven projects.
• Prepare detailed reports on network operations and system performance for executive review.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in network technology management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies such as FortiGate, Meraki, Aruba.
• Expertise in BGP and OSPF routing and switching protocols.
• Familiarity with contract development and negotiation processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred.
