🚀 SAP HCM/SF Solution Architect

JOB Description:

The SAP Solution Architect will oversee and guide the continual maturity and investment within SAP deployments.

1. Develop and maintain SAP roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives;
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify and define requirements for new and existing SAP solutions;
3. Design, develop and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements, utilizing industry best practices and standards;
4. Provide inputs to SAP related projects, ensuring they are aligned with overall objectives and best practices;
5. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in SAP solutions and processes;
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key SAP vendors and partners.

Experience/Skills/Knowledge:

1. Strong knowledge of HCM processes and business integrations with other areas;
2. 15 years of experience in implementation and maintenance of SAP Enterprise Applications with a focus on HR/HCM and SF modules;
3. Experience implementing SAP HCM functionality understanding SAP Time Evaluation and SAP Payroll rules and schemas;
4. 5 years of experience implementing SuccessFactors modules Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, EC Payroll, CDP, P&G, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits;
5. Deep understanding and knowledge of HXM FIORI apps;
6. Experience on integration of SuccessFactors with S4/HANA modules;
7. Experience managing Integration designing HCM and Payroll integrations;
8. Experience with Agile methodologies and techniques;
9. Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation;
10. Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support.
