About the Role

This position provides both leadership and support of a broad range of Information Security, Technology, and Reporting related tasks and projects. It works closely with the head of IT and ISO, Information Security Committee, and IT Steering Committee on departmental and global initiatives, while also assisting with user support.

What You’ll Do

• Provide updates and reporting on security programs to senior management, Information Security, Technology, and Audit Committees.
• Perform due diligence and reporting related to third‑party risk management, vendor management, and relationship management, including but not limited to information security, cyber, technology, managed security, related escalation, and communication.
• Support audit‑related requests, tasks, and organization.
• Work collaboratively within the department, lines of business, operations, and third‑party partners to enhance the information security and IT infrastructure of the organization, including cyber security controls.
• Support project and change management for internal and external clients’ technology initiatives.
• Provide support to the organization for physical security, access control, risk management, and user access reviews.
• Provide direct support and training for end users, escalating as needed, including but not limited to social engineering testing and training programs, cyber security alert monitoring and escalation.
• Comply with internal security policies and procedures and maintain customer confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to all regulations, policies, and record‑keeping requirements.
• Complete all required training related to bank regulations and policies.
• Accept other responsibilities and projects as requested to add value for CFBank.
