🚀 Senior Software Engineer

Rogue Fitness is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our application development team in Columbus, Ohio. In this fully onsite role, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that drive Rogue’s manufacturing, warehousing, customer service, and finance systems. You will work closely with one or more agile teams and use a cutting‑edge tech stack including Vue, C#, TypeScript, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: collaborate with agile teams to design and implement scalable, efficient full‑stack solutions, writing well‑structured, best‑practice code.
• Code Review and Mentorship: conduct thorough code reviews, maintain code quality standards, and mentor junior developers, recommending performance improvements.
• System Architecture: contribute to design decisions made by the architecture team for improvements and optimizations.
• Collaboration: work with product owners, quality assurance, and directors to deliver high‑quality software solutions; excellent oral and written communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of software experience (or Associate’s degree with 9+ years).
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or similar role.
• 7+ years of C# experience.
• 7+ years of experience with SQL Server / T‑SQL.
• At least 4 years of experience with a major front‑end technology, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js (Vue experience preferred).
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented design concepts, n‑tier architectures, dependency injection, ORMs, T‑SQL, and relational database design.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Nice to Haves

• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
