About the Role
As a Senior Digital Design Engineer, you will lead block-level designs and verification efforts. You'll be responsible for designing RTL within complex digital systems, timing closure, and power/area optimization. This position requires deep understanding of digital design methodologies and the ability to interact across other design domains within the wider team to ensure a successful project development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead block-level digital designs and verification activities
- Develop and implement complex digital systems with a focus on performance optimization
- Ensure timing closure and power optimization for critical design blocks
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive system design
Must Have Skills
- Digital Circuit Design: Expertise in complex digital circuit design and implementation
- Timing Closure: Strong capability in achieving timing closure on complex designs
- Power/Area Optimization: Practical experience optimizing digital designs for power and area efficiency
- Digital Architecture: Competence in block-level architecture design and implementation
- Verification Methodologies: Thorough understanding of digital verification approaches and tools
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Several years of relevant experience in digital design engineering including RTL design, synthesis/PNR, and verification methodologies
- Experience in frequency domain analysis, digital filters, and DSP is a plus
Benefits and Compensation
The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $108,800 to $149,600.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
