Job Description

Associa is hiring an Amenities and Member Services Manager for its community in SW DC.

Hours: 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm

Daily Responsibilities

  • Manage up to 5 Member Services Representatives who oversee the front desk reception area.
  • Oversee Customer Service and Resident Experience.
  • Maintain healthy units and pest control on a regular basis.
  • Build vendor relationships, manage contractors and contractor registration.
  • Manage pool and guest passes; provide access control services; manage packages.
  • Oversee the Fitness Center and Pool Operations.
  • Provide all administrative services to include creating, updating, and issuing newsletters; run weekly Facility Reports; liaise with various committees (Activity, Wood Shop, Art Club); manage the Music Room Management; implement community events.
  • Oversee all Guest Parking and Communications.
  • Other duties as requested.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of corporate administrative, customer service and guest relations experience.
  • Customer service driven and team oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize tasks, attention to detail, and strong follow‑up skills.

Annual salary: $70K – $90K.
