Strategic Partner Development Lead, Google Store
Join the Google Store team and help shape the future of retail technology. We’re looking for an experienced partner development professional to establish and grow strategic relationships with key partners and deliver impact across our global channel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking in Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E‑Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C‑level executives and cross‑functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e‑commerce, OEM, consumer electronics, or Telco industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams in a changing environment with tight timescales while maintaining excellent execution.
- Data‑focused problem‑solving skills and the ability to draw conclusions from data.
- Negotiation and legal document interpretation skills.
- Excellent quantitative problem‑solving skills.

Google’s line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team seeks and explores new opportunities with Google’s partners. The Google Store business development team defines partner strategy, executes strategic agreements, and manages long‑term relationships with critical partners that enable our retail channel to expand, operate, grow, and innovate. As a Strategic Partner Development Lead, you will establish relationships with Product and Engineering counterparts to drive business, product, and partner strategy, cultivate and execute partnerships with major partners, and drive international expansion of critical programs to fuel business growth.
Responsibilities
- Influence and drive business strategy for Google Store programs and expansion.
- Build, maintain, and evolve relationships with partners across operations vendors, international logistics, telecom, insurance, crediting, or payments sectors.
- Negotiate agreements with executives and manage contracts through their entire lifecycle.
- Communicate, collaborate, and work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, UX, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to structure and execute business initiatives, develop work plans, lead analysis, and communicate recommendations to executive leaders.
Your US base salary range for this full‑time position is $134,000‑$196,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, and location. The compensation details listed reflect the base salary only.
