JOB Description:

1. 10+ years of SAP experience, out of which 5+ years in managing large/medium AMS projects, implementation projects.
2. Proven track record in SAP Service Delivery Management and strong understanding of SAP systems and processes.
3. Experience in coordinating with the onsite/offshore service delivery team to provide expected issue resolutions adhering to and exceeding the agreed SLAs.
4. Manage reporting and ticket resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues.
5. Provide leadership of the delivery team to deliver service outcomes, service quality, risks, and issues.
6. Manage all service delivery stakeholders to ensure that the relationships contribute positively to engagement success.
7. Provide account leadership to include the ability to discuss and champion the business case for change to a business audience, and actively participate and execute high-value business solutions.
8. Define and follow up on Service Level Agreements (SLA) with respect to the requirements of the business.
9. Ensure the availability of the application and the continuity of the support services.
10. Create and negotiate statements of work, account planning and milestone creation, financial reporting.
11. Experience working with offshore development work and leading execution.
12. Manage client and internal teams from 50-60 resources onshore/offshore.
