This includes managing sales teams, cultivating client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in fuel, lubricant, and propane business for Keystone Cooperative. The role requires strong industry knowledge, leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset.**Duties and Responsibilities:**Include but are not limited to:* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets in energy markets.* Lead and mentor the sales team, setting performance goals and providing coaching to drive results.* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in current and emerging markets.* Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals.* Report on sales performance to executive leadership, providing forecasts and actionable insights.* All other duties as assigned.**Supervisory Responsibilities:*** Energy Sales Representatives report to this position.**Skills and Qualifications:*** Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the energy sector.* Strong working knowledge of industry product information.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.* Must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively throughout territory* Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of the organization.* Ability to organize, problem solve and prioritize tasks.* Meet or exceed sales metrics plus strong mathematical aptitude.* Thorough knowledge of technology and the ability to troubleshoot minor technology issues.**Education and Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university.* Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
