Responsibilities

• Elicit and Document Business Requirements – collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document current‑state processes, business needs, and functional requirements for workflow redesign and digitization.
• Draft Future‑State Processes – create process maps, use cases, and user stories to reinforce the desired future state and support solution design and implementation.
• Support Change Management Planning and Execution – develop change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training approaches and documentation to ensure successful adoption of new workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis and process documentation.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation.
