🚀 Revenue/Billing Accountant

Overview

Cordia Resources is seeking a Revenue/Billing Accountant. This role will support billing operations, contract compliance, and revenue recognition, as well as assist with month-end close activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage high-volume processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing
• Review and monitor contracts for compliance with billing and revenue terms
• Support revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations related to revenue and billing
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing or revenue discrepancies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA candidate a plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
• Prior experience in billing, revenue accounting, or contract compliance preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
