The Brokerage Finance & Strategy team supports the largest revenue-driving unit at Robinhood, encompassing our trading and interest margin products. We work across product, data, engineering, treasury, and operations to optimize financial outcomes and drive business growth.
As a Finance & Strategy Manager , you’ll operate as the strategic finance partner for some of Robinhood’s fastest-growing and most profitable products, including Margin, Securities Lending, and Shorting. You’ll forecast balances, evaluate pricing strategies, and support launches of new financial products—helping us scale intelligently and profitably!
This role is based in our New York, NY, Menlo Park, CA, or Chicago, IL office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the finance lead for Margin, Securities Lending, and other Net Interest Margin (NIM) products—modeling revenue drivers, forecasting balances, and evaluating unit economics.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Treasury, Engineering, and Data Science to drive key business decisions and support new product development.
- Lead pricing strategy and profitability assessments to shape product-market fit and customer value.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership, including weekly/monthly updates and strategic planning.
- Streamline and improve financial processes, promoting scalability and data-driven decision making.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years partnering with product and technical teams (e.g., Engineering, Security) to drive strategic decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and support product growth initiatives.
- Deep proficiency in financial modeling and the ability to clearly articulate complex business cases to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly analytical with a bias for action, capable of balancing speed and precision in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with product, operations, or engineering to align diverse teams around financial goals.
- Comfortable operating independently, prioritizing effectively, and taking full ownership of your workstreams.

Compensation
In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base Pay Range:
- Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC): $136,000 - $160,000 USD
- Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL): $120,000 - $141,000 USD
- Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL): $106,000 - $125,000 USD
