Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Execute payments via ACH, check, wire transfer, and credit card
• Set up and maintain vendor profiles
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Process commissions and payments to contractors
• Support the month‑end close process

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a self‑motivated work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is required
