Director of Quality Assurance and Clinical Education, RN Required (Home Health, On‑Site Required)

Trilogy Home Healthcare is hiring in Orlando, FL. Full‑time position.

We are looking for a passionate, results‑driven RN to lead quality assurance and clinical education across our home health services. In this role you will oversee training, develop the QA/PI program, partner with leadership, ensure compliance, and mentor staff.

What You’ll Do

• Lead training and professional development for clinical staff
• Oversee the QA/PI (Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement) program
• Partner with Clinical Services leadership, compliance, and regional teams
• Ensure accurate, compliant documentation and care standards
• Guide, mentor, and develop clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
• Lead onboarding and compensation of new hires in the field, and conduct supervisory visits

Requirements

• Active RN or PT license in Florida
• 2+ years of Medicare Home Health & OASIS documentation experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of plan of care accuracy, regulations, and training clinicians
• Passion for education, leadership, and clinical excellence
