• Hourly pay: $50-$55/hr
• Worksite: Leading music streaming company (Washington, DC 20002 - Onsite, Open to remote candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone within the United States)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
• 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment, Possible extension

A leading music streaming company seeks a Vertical Real Estate Specialist . The successful candidate will provide targeted support to close resource gaps, allowing the existing team to focus on strategic negotiations and oversight.

Vertical Real Estate Specialist Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Draft and process lease amendments, coordinate with landlords on technical and operational requirements, and ensure timely execution.
• Utility Automation Leadership: Develop processes for the implementation of bots to automate utility payments.
• Insurance and Compliance: Track and resolve COI revisions to ensure timely issuance to all stakeholders.
• Canadian Lease Renewals: Lead negotiations, amendments, and payment reconciliations for 50 Canadian leases requiring renewal in the next year.
• Operational Continuity: Support ongoing leasing operations by assisting with rent payments, reconciliations, reporting, and landlord communications.
