The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for providing leadership to a team of finance professionals and advising upper management on planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the Company’s financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Minimum of ten years experience in Accounting/Financial Field
• Experience with financial consolidation and presentation preparation is a plus
• Experience with Workday, Report Writing software, Adaptive, and/or Office Connect preferred

Responsibilities/Duties

• Lead the consolidation and preparation of annual forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans
• Lead monthly finance operating reviews with the SVP of FP&A and CFO
• Prepare financial statements for internal and external audiences
• Develop financial presentations for Board, Player, and Sponsor meetings
• Analyze potential business deals, new ventures, and programs from a financial perspective
• Research industry benchmarks
• Maintain current financial reports and support ad hoc requests
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned
