What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Connect with potential customers through inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text to recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Meet or exceed sales goals by building strong relationships and applying effective sales techniques
• Clearly communicate the benefits of insurance offerings and address customer questions confidently
• Leverage company-provided leads to drive sales and follow up to guide customers through the sales funnel
• Collaborate with underwriters and customer service representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications)

• At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment
• Active P&C licensure within your current state of residence
• Proven track record as a closer with strong negotiation skills and a history of exceeding sales targets
• Outstanding communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships and gain trust
• Proficiency in CRM systems and telephone software, with the ability to use multiple platforms simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous insurance sales experience (even if not recent) while maintaining your license and CE
• Experience in homeowners and call center environments
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking preferred)
• Licensed in California and/or Surplus Lines License
