Our client, a Global Law Firm is looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to be a key contributor in enhancing firm profitability through leading and mentoring an existing team of Strategic Pricing Analysts.
Outstanding strategic pricing and people skills is essential for this role.
Day to day:
- Manage workload and performance of Strategic Pricing team
- Lead the evaluation of alternative fee structures and other rate/fee agreements
- Collaborate with lawyers, practice management and BD to respond to RFPs, pitches, and other pricing proposals
- Work with various departments to lead rate yearly rate setting and client negotiations
- Provide education and guidance to lawyers on strategic pricing approaches and methodologies
- Analyze financial performance of matters to evaluate effectiveness of fee arrangements, budgets, and alternative fee structures
- Monitor compliance with firm pricing policies
- Develop and implement economic models and other financial reporting
- Strengthen and maintain internal data mining, tracking, and reporting systems
- Explore opportunities to innovate and drive efficiencies
- Leverage advancements in technology and optimizing workflows, processes, and procedures
