We are seeking a Real Estate Accounting Associate to join our team with a competitive compensation package of $85,000 annually, plus a bonus. This hybrid role offers 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, maintaining a standard 40‑hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with financial accounting and reporting for the family office overseeing approximately 70 entities, primarily in real estate.
• Perform heavy monthly reconciliations and record recurring entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and manage various other financial functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
