Meet the team:
The role as a Pricing Strategy Analyst will be responsible for defining market value, profit optimization, driving revenue and establishing pricing guardrails supporting our key business partners. You will work in collaboration with cross‑functional teams of Market Access, Trade, Contracting and Finance. Optimizing pricing strategies in an ever‑evolving market and balancing financial tradeoffs is a key objective of this job.
Candidates for consideration must have an independent drive, strong teamwork capabilities, interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate activities with multiple departments within the Dexcom organization.
Where you come in:
- You serve as the Pricing Owner, acting as the lead business partner for your assigned channel.
- You develop financial models to evaluate risk and opportunity impacts, and conduct cost/benefit analyses.
- You perform market analysis to monitor environmental trends and assess the competitive landscape across customer segments.
- You design and execute profit optimization strategies, identifying price‑getting opportunities in U.S. markets.
- You support pricing governance by contributing to business case proposals presented to the Executive Pricing Committee.
- You develop and advise on deal structures, facilitating workshops to improve deal outcomes.
- You lead cross‑functional initiatives across Dexcom to drive efficiencies in processes, tools, and systems.
- You collaborate with Payer Account Management Teams to provide input into contract development and performance evaluation.

- You have prior experience in the diabetes market, with expertise in the CGM
- You have a history of strong financial acumen, including forecasting and pricing
- You have knowledge of U.S. healthcare economics and market landscape.
- You have demonstrated the ability to work and integrate strategies across functional areas

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 – 5 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace:
Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
