Job Details

Flex Security Officers covering multiple sites in the San Jose, CA area. Positions offer a pay rate of $31/hr, paid weekly. Must be flexible to work any shift and travel to nearby sites.

Requirements

• CA Guard Card / 40‑hour Certificate preferred
• CPR Card
• Pass Sunstates background check (10‑panel drug screen & client background check)
• 21+ years old, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and 3+ years driving experience

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Maintain composure and a positive attitude toward arising issues, adapting quickly and solving problems with minimal supervision.
• Prepare all required written reports promptly, including Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
• Operate phones, radios, and computer systems (MAC iOS, Microsoft Office 365, Google Suites).
• Monitor CCTV and alarm panels for emergencies and potential issues.
• Follow site‑specific post orders, pass down messages, and comply with employee handbook guidelines.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols within an office and industrial complex.

Education & Certifications

High School diploma or equivalent.

Drivers License.

CA Guard Card.

CPR/First Aid.
