Typical Tasks:

• Completes service installation orders for main replacement projects.
• Performs sizing calculations for scattered services.
• Composes, develops and processes scattered service agreements and refunds.
• Prepares, tracks and completes fire flow requests.
• Acts as a receptionist for Engineering when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Equivalent to completion of the twelfth (12) grade, and
• One (1) years’ experience at San Jose Water Company or equivalent.

Knowledge and Abilities:

• General knowledge of functions and procedures as related to San Jose Water Company.
• Competent in the use of personal computers, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and other engineering software.
