Job Summary
We are looking for a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver IT training for the migration from Trapeze to HASTUS system. This full‑time, hybrid position is based in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver IT training for the migration from Trapeze to HASTUS system.
- Support bus and rail daily operations during the 24‑month Trapeze to HASTUS upgrade initiative.
- Deliver classroom sessions, CBTs, seminars, and video resources.
- Acquire knowledge of HASTUS to provide ongoing support.
- Create presentations, manuals, videos, and CBT resources.
- Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and metrics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, digital modernization teams, and HR/payroll to align training with organizational goals.
- Align training delivery with migration wave timelines for bus and rail divisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in technical training content development and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience with Trapeze and/or HASTUS systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
Physical Demands
- Work involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional movement around the office for meetings.
- Frequent computer use with a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA standards.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $38.00–$43.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement account, paid sick leave, and other paid time off as permitted by law.
