Primary Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the sales team, motivating them to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive the business through a high level of involvement in the day‑to‑day operations.
• Consistently meet departmental sales objectives/targets and manage the team’s daily activity needed for expected results.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
• Set a clear vision and goals for the team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.
• Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop daily, weekly, monthly, and annual action plans to improve performance and results.
• Have experience and desire to work with technology.
• Oversee inventory levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive General Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
• Cadillac experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a dealership environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
